Initial Consultation

Service Description

If you have not seen Dr. Katie before, you will need to schedule the initial consultation before other services. Your patient history and current complaints will be discussed. A full orthopedic and neurological evaluation will be given and measurable goals set for your care. If imaging is required it will be scheduled at this time. Please provide any recent imaging.
